Weekend breaks are all very well, but the problem is, you then don’t get your weekend to relax in!

I have been trying to explain to my girlfriend why I want to take Monday off to then relax after our weekend away at a leisure resort, but she thinks it is a waste of a day off, which I suppose it is, but required all the same!
